To avoid tray track generally 9m × 18m, the volleyball field of the same size, only the site is divided into inner and outer field, outside the field range is not limiting, but must extend outwardly midfield line 2m or more. As an emerging sport, the dodging board does not have high requirements for the venue. Very suitable for holding teamwork spirit training courses or workshops

Competition format:

The number of players per team is 10. A game is divided into two games, each game time is 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Passing requirements:

The frisbee needs to fly over any two lines on the playing field, and outfield players of the same team can pass each other. If the frisbee does not fly over any two lines on the field, it is considered as a foul and the game must be transferred to the opponent. Both infield and outfield players must throw within 5 seconds after receiving the disc and the frisbee, otherwise it is foul. Passing trains the team spirit of teamwork and makes each other more tacit.

Exit conditions:

In a dodge disc game, any part of the body that is hit by the opponent's frisbee is judged to be out of the game and must immediately move to the outfield. When the dodge frisbee falls in front of the landing and continuously touches the dodge frisbee, all players who touch the dodge frisbee will be considered out.
